Your Privacy Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Native Agents, LLC · Last Updated: September 21, 2026

This page explains the choices available to you regarding data processed by the Native Agents advertising technology platform (the "Platform") and provides the tools to exercise them. It is the mechanism through which you may direct us not to "sell" your personal information, not to "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to process it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

To understand what data the Platform processes and how, please read our Advertising Technology Platform Privacy Policy at nativeagents.ai/privacy/platform-privacy-policy. For choices about data collected on our own website or in our business-to-business marketing, see our Website and Corporate Privacy Policy at nativeagents.ai/privacy/website-privacy-policy or email privacy@nativeagents.ai.

A note on what opting out does. The Platform processes pseudonymous identifiers associated with browsers and devices — not your name or contact details. Opting out does not reduce the number of ads you see. It restricts the use and disclosure of data associated with your browser or device for targeted advertising, which may make the ads you see less relevant and more repetitive.

1. Opt Out on This Browser

Use the opt-out control below to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information and its processing for targeted advertising by the Platform on this browser:

Opt Out on This Browser

No opt-out request has been submitted on this browser.

Please note the following about how the browser opt-out works:

  • Your choice is stored in an opt-out cookie on this browser. It applies only to this browser on this device.
  • If you use multiple browsers or devices, you must opt out on each one.
  • If you clear or block cookies, your opt-out cookie will be deleted and you will need to opt out again. Blocking all cookies may prevent the opt-out cookie from being set.
  • Your opt-out takes effect in approximately real time in the Platform's subsequent processing for this browser.

Prefer email, or is the control above unavailable? You may opt out at any time by emailing privacy@nativeagents.ai with the subject line "Opt-Out Request" and the Digital Identifier(s) (see Section 6) for each browser or device to be opted out. You do not need to create an account to opt out, and opt-out requests are not subject to identity verification — we ask only for the information necessary to locate and apply your choice.

2. Use an Opt-Out Preference Signal (Global Privacy Control)

The Platform recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other legally recognized opt-out preference signals. If your browser or a browser extension transmits a GPC signal, we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for that browser — both when the signal is detected on this page and when it is passed to the Platform with bid requests from participating publishers. To learn how to enable GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

3. Opt Out on Mobile Devices

In mobile applications, the Platform relies on your device's advertising identifier. Your device's operating system provides controls that limit or eliminate the availability of that identifier for advertising:

  • Apple iOS/iPadOS: The App Tracking Transparency framework requires apps to obtain your permission before tracking. You can withdraw or manage permission at Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and disable personalized ads at Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads allows you to delete your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization (menu names vary by device and version).

4. Opt Out on Connected TVs

Most connected-TV and streaming devices offer advertising privacy controls in their settings menus (often labeled "Limit Ad Tracking," "Ad Preferences," or similar). Consult your device manufacturer's instructions. The Network Advertising Initiative maintains guidance for common devices at thenai.org/opt-out/connected-tv-choices/.

5. Industry Opt-Out Tools

Native Agents' clients and partners may participate in industry self-regulatory programs that offer centralized opt-out tools covering many advertising companies at once:

  • Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) WebChoices: optout.aboutads.info
  • DAA AppChoices mobile application: youradchoices.com/appchoices
  • Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out: optout.networkadvertising.org

These tools are operated by third parties, and their coverage depends on each participating company.

6. Access, Deletion, Correction, and Portability Requests

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, delete, correct, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Why we need your Digital Identifiers. Because the Platform processes pseudonymous data, we cannot look up data by your name, email address, or other real-world identity — and we cannot verify identity-based requests against Platform Data. To locate data associated with you, we need the identifiers the Platform actually uses (each, a "Digital Identifier"):

  • Cookie identifier: available from your browser's developer tools or cookie settings for cookies set under our Platform's domain, or via the request form on this page where offered.
  • Mobile advertising identifier: found in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking/Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • CTV advertising identifier: found in your television or streaming device's advertising settings.

How to submit a request. Email privacy@nativeagents.ai with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request," your state of residence, the right you wish to exercise, and the Digital Identifier(s) for each browser or device covered by your request. We will confirm receipt and respond within the period required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once as permitted, in which case we will notify you). If we cannot act on your request — for example, because we hold no data associated with the identifiers provided — we will explain why.

Appeals. If we decline your request in whole or part and your state's law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Appeal." We will respond within the statutory appeal period. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Authorized agents. Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We require reasonable documentation of the agent's authority (such as a signed permission or power of attorney) and the Digital Identifiers necessary to process the request.

7. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right, including by denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level or quality of service.

8. Business-to-Business and Website Marketing

If you wish to opt out of Native Agents' own marketing communications, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send or contact privacy@nativeagents.ai. We do not sell or share personal information collected through our corporate website; see our Website and Corporate Privacy Policy for details.
