1. Scope of This Policy
This Website and Corporate Privacy Policy (this "Policy") describes how Native Agents, LLC ("Native Agents," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you: (i) visit our website at nativeagents.ai (the "Site"); (ii) register for or use an account on our client platform or console (the "Console"); (iii) communicate with us, sign up for communications, or attend our events; (iv) do business with us or express interest in doing business with us as a representative of a publisher, buyer, vendor, or other organization; or (v) apply for a job with us.
This Policy does not cover data processed by our advertising technology platform in connection with the delivery and measurement of advertising on our publishers' websites and applications. That processing is described in our Advertising Technology Platform Privacy Policy at nativeagents.ai/privacy/platform-privacy-policy.
If we provide different or supplemental disclosures at the point of collection (for example, on a webinar registration form), those disclosures apply to that collection.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not submit it to us.
3. How We Use Personal Information
- Providing, operating, securing, and improving the Site and the Console;
- Creating and administering Console accounts and authenticating users;
- Responding to inquiries and providing client service and support;
- Negotiating, entering into, performing, and enforcing agreements, including invoicing and payment;
- Sending service communications and, with your consent where required or subject to your right to opt out, marketing communications about our services and events;
- Analytics — understanding how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
- Evaluating job applicants and managing recruiting;
- Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, security incidents, and misuse; and
- Complying with legal obligations and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
- Service providers. Vendors that host and support the Site and Console, provide analytics, communications, CRM, billing, security, and similar services on our behalf, under contracts limiting their use of personal information to providing services to us. This includes our technical platform administrator and cloud hosting providers.
- Your organization. If you use the Console under an account established by your employer or another organization, that organization's administrators may access information about your account and activity.
- Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers as reasonably necessary.
- Corporate transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, as permitted by law.
- Legal purposes. Courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties where we believe disclosure is required by law or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Native Agents or others, or to enforce our agreements and policies.
- Aggregated and de-identified data. We may disclose data that does not reasonably identify you.
We do not sell personal information collected under this Policy, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We configure our Site analytics and marketing tools so that data collected on the Site is used to provide services to us and not for the tool providers' own advertising purposes. Should our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism before doing so.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: (i) know or access the personal information we have collected about you; (ii) delete it, subject to exceptions; (iii) correct inaccuracies; (iv) obtain a copy in a portable format; (v) opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising (as stated above, we do not engage in those activities with respect to information collected under this Policy); and (vi) appeal a decision on your request where your state's law provides.
To exercise your rights, email privacy@nativeagents.ai with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request," your name, your state of residence, and the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against our records and may ask for additional verifying information; an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with reasonable proof of authorization. We will respond within the period required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable as permitted). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject line "Appeal," and if your appeal is denied you may contact your state Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To opt out of our marketing emails at any time, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact privacy@nativeagents.ai. We will continue to send transactional and service messages as needed.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter as required for legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by category: for example, account records are retained for the life of the account plus applicable limitations periods; marketing contact data is retained until you opt out or the data becomes stale; and Site analytics logs are retained on rolling short-term schedules.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor security requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Console credentials.
9. Children
The Site and Console are intended for business users and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the Site, and if we learn that we have done so we will delete it.
10. United States Operations
The Site is operated from the United States and is directed to users in the United States. Personal information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from another jurisdiction, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review. This Policy applies only to Native Agents.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and post the updated Policy on the Site. Material changes will be conspicuously indicated on this page.
